Tikkets was born from the frustration of running events in Nigeria without tools designed for this market. We're building the infrastructure that should have existed years ago.
Our story
We started as event organizers ourselves — running concerts, parties, and corporate events across Lagos and Abuja. We used every platform available and built DIY solutions on top of payment processors. None of them solved the real problems: cash payments, Naira settlements, agent networks, and event-day reliability.
So we built Tikkets — a ticketing platform designed from the ground up for the Nigerian events market. Not a global platform localised after the fact, but a system that understands cash agents, multi-currency payouts, and the reality of running events where infrastructure isn't always reliable.
Today, Tikkets powers events across [X] cities, from intimate gatherings to large-scale concerts. We're based in Lagos, and our support team is a phone call away — not an email queue in a different timezone.
