Setting Up Gate Scanning

Step 1: Access the Organizer Hub

Navigate to **Organizer Hub → Check-In** tab to access all scanning controls.

Step 2: Configure Entry Methods

  • QR Scanning — Enabled by default. Each ticket generates a unique QR code.
  • NFC Tap — Enable in settings for venues with NFC readers.
  • Manual Lookup — Always available as a fallback via ticket ID search.
  • Step 3: Set Up Gates

  • Click "Add Gate" and name it (e.g., Gate A1, Gate B2)
  • Assign scanning devices to each gate
  • Monitor all gates simultaneously from the live dashboard
  • Step 4: Test Before Event Day

    Use the "Test Scan" feature to validate your setup with sample tickets.

    **Tip:** Run a rehearsal scan 24 hours before the event to catch any device or connectivity issues.
