1. Agreement & Scope

Welcome to Tikkets. These Terms and Conditions outline your rights These Terms govern your use of the Tikkets website, mobile applications, and related services. Tikkets provides the technology and infrastructure for event management and ticketing.

2. Services Provided by Tikkets

Tikkets offers Organizers a suite of tools for:

• Creating and publishing event listings
• Managing and selling tickets through secure payment channels
• Accessing reporting dashboards for sales, customer data, and revenue insights
• Communicating with attendees
• Viewing attendee information in compliance with data protection laws
• Receiving payouts for ticket sales

3. Fees & Pricing Structure

• Tikkets charges a service fee per ticket sold
• Fees are automatically deducted before payouts are made
• Additional fees may apply for specific services (e.g., promotions, international payments, early payouts)
• Organizers will see applicable fees during event setup
• Tikkets may adjust fees periodically; continued use of the platform indicates acceptance

4. Event Listing, Ticket Types & Pricing

Organizers maintain full control over:

• Ticket pricing and availability
• Event details, including venue, date, capacity, and restrictions
• Rules for entry (age requirements, ID checks, etc.)

5. Ticket Purchase & Delivery for Attendees

• Ticket prices are set by the Organizer
• Available payment methods depend on the user's region (e.g., card payments, bank transfers, USSD)
• After purchase, tickets are delivered via email or through the Tikkets platform
• Attendees are responsible for providing accurate contact information to receive tickets

6. Refunds, Cancellations & Event Changes

• Refund policies are determined solely by the Organizer and must be clearly stated on the event page
• Attendees must follow the Organizer's stated refund process
• In cases of fraud or platform-related errors, Tikkets may issue refunds at its discretion after an internal review
• If an event is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled, Organizers are responsible for notifying Attendees and managing refunds

7. Advance Ticket Sales

Organizers may list tickets for advance sale or presale under specific conditions. Tikkets may:

• Apply additional fees or interest for advance payouts
• Process payouts only after meeting verification requirements
• Withhold funds until all obligations, chargebacks, and disputes are resolved
• Final payouts for advance sales follow agreed timelines and compliance checks

8. Data Protection & Privacy

• Tikkets collects and processes personal data as described in its Privacy Policy
• Organizers receive attendee data solely for event-related purposes
• Misuse, resale, or unauthorized sharing of attendee data is strictly prohibited.
• Users agree to Tikkets' Privacy Policy as part of using the platform.

9. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

• Organizers retain ownership of content they upload (event descriptions, artwork, images, etc.)
• By uploading content, Organizers grant Tikkets a non-exclusive license to use that content for operational and promotional purposes.
• Tikkets retains ownership of all platform-related technology, branding, and design components.

10. Liability & Indemnification

Tikkets is not liable for:

• Event cancellations, postponements, venue issues, or Organizer mismanagement
• Losses related to revenue, reputation, data, or indirect damages
• Disputes between Organizer and Attendee

Organizers and Attendees agree to indemnify Tikkets against claims arising from misuse, violations of these Terms, or unlawful activities.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

Tikkets may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• Fraudulent, suspicious, or illegal activity is detected
• Users violate any part of these Terms
• Required identification or verification documents are not provided
• Chargebacks or disputes require fund withholding

Funds may be withheld until investigations are resolved.

12. Force Majeure

Tikkets is not responsible for delays or failure to provide services due to events beyond its control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Internet or infrastructure failure
• Government restrictions
• Strikes or civil unrest

13. Amendments to Terms

Tikkets may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via email or platform notifications. Continued use of Tikkets indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to competent courts within Nigeria.
